All our rooms are en-suite, with TV's and tea/coffee making facilities. All rooms are Non-Smoking. Family Rooms and Multibed Rooms available. See our rates page for prices and rooms.

Guest Parking
Free private parking is possible on site for a limited number of cars. Parking in the road requires a permit which is available free of charge from reception. There is also a large public car park on the common nearby.

12:00 - 21:00 hrs. If you are arriving later, please call us in advance to let us know.

Check-Out
10:30 - 11:00 hours on the day of departure. A charge of £5 an hour may be charged for checkout later than 12:00 hours.

Deposit

A Deposit is taken at time of booking and is dependant on the length of stay.

Please note that the desposit is only refundable according to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation

A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booking value may be charged as determined by the proximity of the booking date to the check- in date.
