General
As a Budget Hotel our aim is to offer best value for money. We offer clean, comfortable, basic rooms, with limited furniture. They are all en-suite, with TV's and tea/coffee making facilities.
All rooms are Non-Smoking.
Family Rooms and
Multibed Rooms available. See our rates page for prices and
rooms.
 Guest Parking
Free private parking is available on site, for
a limited number of cars. Parking in the road requires a permit
which is available free of charge from reception. There is
also a large public car park on the common nearby.
Hotel Policies
These are general hotel policies.
As they may vary per room type please call us to check rates and
availabilty..
Check-In
12:00 - 21:00 hrs. If you are arriving later, please call us in
advance to let us know.
Check-Out
10:30 - 11:00 hours on the day of departure.
A charge of £5 an hour may be charged for checkout later than
12:00 hours.
Deposit
A Deposit of one standard night per room type, will be taken at the time of booking.
Please note that the desposit is only refundable
according to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation
A cancellation fee of 10% of the Deposit
value will be charged for cancellations falling within 7 days of the date of stay.
A cancellation fee of 100% of the Deposit
value will be charged for cancellations falling within 3 days of the date of stay.
Online Booking Fee*
An Online Booking fee is payable for reservations made online. Please Note - This is not refundable.
